With over ten years of teaching and tutoring math, I’ve had the joy of helping students unlock the mysteries of math and master what they previously thought impossible. Before beginning my teaching career, I began tutoring math at a community college and discovered my passion for helping students who otherwise may not succeed — or at the very least, struggled to understand. The challenge of understanding math and its relevance to the real world can be overwhelming for many students — and the need to perform well on tests only increases the pressure. My areas of tutoring experience include Middle and High School math, College math, and preparation for standardized tests such as the PSAT, SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT, GRE, GMAT, Nevada Proficiency Exam, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) and the US Secret Service Exam.
